^ Good point.... i bet there's no Aborigine burnings.

I used to like watching Bush Tucker Man where he talked of all the new Aussie crims arriving and dieing when they were literally surrounded by food and water, hidden in tree bark and bamboo shoots.

Some places on earth should be uninhabitable really, like parts of the Philippines, Japan, Australia and the North of England

Basic House Insurance is cheap in comparison to the cost of rebuilding a burnt out house. Add in the cost of leveling the block and removing the left overs of a fully consumed House you're in for some huge financial pain.

Na, I don't do sympathy when dealing with fukin idiots, I deal in reality
Surely those areas are uninsurable or if not they would carry a very high premium?

I would imagine that there would be certain areas that Insurance companies might deem uninsurable but that would be the minority.

But the kicker is this, if ya gunna live in high fire risk zones and the Insurance company wont cover it you really need to rethink your plan.

As far as not getting Insurance because the premiums are to high and then you get burned out and your life destroyed its on your own head simply because you played russian roulette.

Much in the same vein as punters living in Lieland with zero health cover and then getting cancer and not having the funds to cover treatment.

Does one have sympathy or say this ?

    You fookin idiot.

Bushfires cut off food supplies to NSW South Coast towns just as Alice needs to feed her full house

Australia bushfires leave three dead, at least 150 homes lost-11842484-3x2-700x467-jpg

It has been chaos in Alice Patten's South Coast home since bushfires started impacting the region on New Year's Eve.
She opened the doors of her place in Dalmeny, north of Narooma, to her large family who had been visiting the region from Sydney and Victoria.
Now her house on top of a hill is packed to the rafters.

"I've got 17 people at home — a loaf of bread don't bounce," Ms Patten said.
"You do your best to make it all spread out.

Given bushfires are not a new concept to Australia (they happen every year) I doubt Australia will burn to a crisp, infact in some ravaged area's regrowth has already started.

Australia bush is designed to burn and this sets off new germination.

Thing is, it is not designed to with stand the sustained attack it is getting now.

Much of the Australia bush will now be fuktus.

...and burn again and again and again....!!!!!!!!

2019 was Australia’s hottest and driest year on record

Last year was Australia’s hottest, driest year ever, according to the annual climate statement of the national Bureau of Meteorology. The conditions have intensified the current wildfires, which are the worst on record.

You're getting way to excited Herman.

Boganland burns down every year but not quiet to this extent.

Had to happen sooner or later as the joint is stinking hot in summer and dry as fuk.

But you are quiet right, it will be on again next year and the rest of the place that survived this year will go up next year or the year after that.

The only sensible post you made so far is that you realized that this world is over populated.
Now try fitting in the rest of the puzzle together.

And try scraping off some of that tar that is covering your heart.

Not excited, just trying to help ya
