Think Europe had better get used to attacks on a regular bases, seems no matter how bad or often, no government does anything.
Most of the terrorists are on watch lists, but watching does not remove the threat.

When you have runing gun battles in the streets, that's civil war, you can't expect the police to act as civil police when they are in the enemies territory.
