^^The example i gave damage not caused by a medicine but for a food supplement sold a health shops and therefore not covered by FDA regulation. Had it been then long standing rules would have prevented it from happening, saving the lives of 37 people and ruined the health of up to 1500 others in the US alone. I suspect these people were complaining about under regulation by the fda.
^It must be comforting for all those Americans to know that the 229,124,563 the pharmaceutical industry donated to the senate and house benevolent funds, a worthy charity if there ever was one.... comes straight out of the money they pay for their drugs directly or though insurance/tax.
Still there are much bigger issue for them to worry about, guns, abortion, same sex marrage and the importent question is obama really american enough to be pres now that the tea parties fallen in love with cruse.
