The Church looks white to me. I have never seen a black church.
I really think America has achieved something spectacular; they have managed to render the bizarre and barbaric quite mundane.
But then, if you permit gun ownership by crazies one is bound to get this sort of thing happening.
Frankly, these killings are becoming a bore. Almost ISIS like in their regularity and frequency it seems.
Obviously some sort of racist nutcase.
South Carolina has the death penalty and not shy about using it. This young cracker is going down.
So, it's not a matter of black victims and white shooter? He killed them because they were black . . . how does one 'play up' this stuff?Originally Posted by Black Heart

America has become a petri dish for breeding mental illness in young white males, who seem to have cornered the market on recreational shooting sprees. There are more of these soulless creatures out there, many of them armed, socially isolated, economically and sexually frustrated, cranked up on corn syrup, junk food, maintenance drugs and a violent, neurotic and fear-driven mass media. I'm ashamed of my country when I see great human beings like Clementa Pinckney and his colleagues being wiped out by a little turd like this. I hope that he's spared the death penalty so that he can enjoy the rest of his life in a prison with plenty of African-Americans who would just love to meet him.
I don't understand why none of the brothers pullled a piece and put a cap in his ass before he got 9.

^Almost every picture I've seen in the news with open carry is a white person. Almost every story I've read about accidental discharges from a concealed weapon killing either the owner or someone else has involved white people.
Just my impression.....
Walks into a black church ignoring CCTV cameras. Chats with a witness and leaves her alive. Doesn't switch cars. Doesn't change clothes. Doesn't shave his head. Despite the car, stays in the immediate area until apprehended without a fight.
This guy wanted to get caught. Making a public statement.
I don't think an insanity defense will fly. Unfortunately, he will almost certainly be held in solitary confinement until it's over - hate crime murders get you the needle in SC. Too good for him.
She apparently spotted the car first and phoned her boss, then got close enough to see that barnet. She stayed on the line for 35 miles until a police roadblock appeared and he was arrested without incident.
Then she blew it by saying she believes God put her there spot him.
Meanwhile Fox are going spastic because a friend of the State Senator said wankers like Fox News have been stoking this shit up (which they have) with their angry white men narrative, obliquely referring to how the likes of Kelly and Hannity spend an hour doing shit like ragging on the darkies saying it's their fault the police shoot them, and calling it "news".
Geraldo in particular is doing his best outrage impression, calling the bloke a "dumbass" before going on about how Obama has created the racist divide.
Probably by being black.
^I took a look at Fox News (on-line) just to see what they had. Seems that they no longer do any printed news reporting...it's almost all video clips. And I simply can't listen to those fools for more than a minute without feeling ill.

The nation is mourning the deaths of nine people who were killed while gathered in prayer at a historically black church in Charleston, S.C.
A white gunman attended a Bible study class at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church for about an hour Wednesday night before opening fire.
Among the victims were a high school track coach, a librarian and a pastor.
“Any death of this sort is a tragedy. Any shooting involving multiple victims is a tragedy,” President Barack Obama said Thursday morning. “There is something particularly heartbreaking about the death happening in a place in which we seek solace and we seek peace — in a place of worship.”
At a press briefing Thursday, Charleston County Coroner Rae Wooten released the full list of names and ages of the nine victims of the church shooting: The victims included three men and six women ranging in age from 26 to 87. Here is what we know about them so far:
Clementa Pinckney
South Carolina state Sen. Clementa Pinckney, the church’s pastor and a married father of two, was the first victim to be identified.
The 41-year-old pastor was leading a prayer service at the church when alleged gunman Dylann Storm Roof, 21, opened fire. Pinckney was remembered as an accomplished leader in the community.
Sharonda Coleman-Singleton
Sharonda Coleman-Singleton, a reverend at the church, was also one of the shooting victims. The 45-year-old mother of three coached the girls’ track team at Goose Creek High School in Goose Creek, S.C.
Originally from Newark, N.J., Coleman-Singleton later moved to Summerville, S.C. Since 2007, Coleman-Singleton had also been a speech-language therapist for the school district, Berkeley County Public Schools, according to her LinkedIn page.
Coleman-Singleton had a Bachelor of Arts from South Carolina State University and a Master of Arts from Montclair State University. She also studied speech-language pathology at Nova Southeastern University.
Her son, Chris, is a talented baseball player who thrived on the Gators baseball team and went on to play for Charleston Southern University. “Something extremely terrible has happened to my mom tonight, please pray for her and my family. Pray asap,” he wrote on Twitter.
Cynthia Hurd
Cynthia Hurd, 54, the manager of St. Andrews Regional Library, was remembered as a woman who spent her life making sure residents of the local community had opportunities for personal growth and an education.
Hurd worked with Charleston County Public Library for 31 years. Before joining St. Andrews, she was manager of the John L. Dart branch.
Her brother, former North Carolina Sen. Malcolm Graham released a statement thanking people for their thoughts and prayers. “It is unimaginable that she would walk into church and not return,” he wrote. “But that’s who she was — a woman of faith. This is a very difficult time for our family, and Cynthia will be sorely missed.”
DePayne Middleton-Doctor
Former Charleston County employee DePayne Middleton-Doctor, 49, was among the victims.
In a Facebook post, one of her family members, Laurie Middleton, said she will miss her beautiful personality, laughter, smile and love for all people. “My beautiful Songbird. This is a hard one to Swallow. I will truly miss you my love,” she wrote.
She was reportedly the mother of four girls and sang in the church’s choir.
Tywanza Sanders
Allen University identified alumnus Tywanza Sanders, 26, as one of the victims, WACH reported. The young man graduated from the school’s Division of Business Administration in 2014.
In a statement from the university, Sanders was remembered as “a quiet, well known student who was committed to his education. He presented a warm and helpful spirit as he interacted with his colleagues.”
Myra Thompson
Denise Quarles confirmed to “Good Morning America” that her mother, Myra Thompson, 59, had died, but declined to comment further.
The Anglican Church in North America also confirmed Thompson’s death. Her husband, the Rev. Anthony Thompson, is a vicar for Holy Trinity REC.
Ethel Lee Lance
Ethel Lee Lance, 70, was a sexton who had reportedly worked at the church for more than 30 years. Her daughter, the Rev. Sharon Rischer, confirmed to “GMA” that Lance died in the shooting.
“I’m lost, I’m lost,” her grandson, Jon Quil Lance, said to The Post and Courier. “Granny was the heart of the family.”
Daniel L. Simmons
Daniel L. Simmons’ daughter-in-law, Arcelia Simmons, confirmed to ABC News that he died in the shooting.
Simmons was a retired pastor from another church in Charleston and attended the Emanuel AME Church’s services every Sunday and Bible study every Wednesday, she said.
Susie Jackson
Longtime church member Susie Jackson, 87, was confirmed as the other victim.
Her grandson, Tim Jackson, told WEWS that she was a loving person with an infectious smile. “It’s real, real hard. It’s challenging because I don’t believe she deserved to go this way. It hurts to process,” he said.
Jackson was active in the church, serving on the usher board and singing in the choir, according to the ABC affiliate.

I wouldn't be so quick to label him mentally ill. That defense could land him in a psych ward instead of death row. There is a lot of hate radio and internet directed at guys like this that provide easy scapegoats for their failures. I think he made a conscious choice, planned it out and acted, not the behavior of someone mentally ill.Originally Posted by GooMaiRoo
True. Getting elected Prez got the good ole boys and Fox in a tizzy. As it relates to mass shootings Obama has had to appear 14 times on TV and express sympathy for the mostly white victims.Originally Posted by harrybarracuda
Fox news is in the business of blaming Obama for everything under the sun. Next it will be his failure to get the many gun control laws passed through Congress. He's just not trying hard enough.

Yes, his behavior is certainly shameful:

Missed the call on this one, Buh-rock. What's new. This guy has done more to racially divide America than Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson combined.
A Deplorable Bitter Clinger
I believe SC is one of only a handful of states that doesn't have a statute on hate crimes - but the number of deaths will still settle it for him . . . unless the lawyer can show that staying around and not worrying about consequences is insaneOriginally Posted by Davis Knowlton

Why? Because he's black? He certainly has brought the bigots out of their cesspools.Originally Posted by Boon Mee
Seriously, America needs a real dialogue about the second amendment. There was a need 200 years ago when the country was an ungoverned wilderness. The second amendment, like laws that enshrined slavery, needs to be replaced with something that recognizes the danger of putting firearms in the hands of every citizen.

That's making a political, factually wrong and misleading statement. Obama is so entrenched in the mindset "Every crisis is an opportunity" he can't take off the blinders.
