So you're a one stater? Fair enough- I think more and more people agree with you. Really, the main thing about the two state solution is the Israeli Jewish/ Diaspora emotional attachment to 'Israel as a Jewish state'. Personally, I think thats a bit anachronistic. What about Israel as a modern, prosperous state?
israel is committed to 1 state, but alas it would be a state that would make Apartheid South Africa look like the epitome of peace, love and kindness to all people of all colour.

This conflict has gone on for years under US mediation and gone nowhere.

    Time for another approach

    War crimes are war crimes

Under one state, it is resolved- common Capitol. Dump though it is.

The murder by the Palestinians of other Palestinians is probably the most clear cut example of a war crime in the whole conflict

I suppose one immediate benefit of the ICC intervention is that both sides will now be less inclined to initiate any sort of military action that could be construed war crimes.

    Particularly the disproportionate Israeli actions

Yes....in a logically subjective manner, they are.
    War is criminal.

Yet, we have to remember those who invent and decide what are and aren't war crimes [oxymoron]. The controllers...the manipulators.
We, instinctively, give in to what they suggest.

Naturally, the criminals of war will always be "them" and not us.
