Thread: IS Video Purports to Show UK Hostage Beheading

The Islamic State terrorist group says it has executed British aid worker David Cawthorne Haines.

The group released a two and a half minute video purportedly showing Haines being beheaded. Haines, a 44-year-old father of two, was kidnapped last year just three days after he arrived in Syria to work for an international relief agency.

The execution video, entitled "A Message to America’s Allies," emerged shortly after Haines' family issued a public plea for his captors to contact them. In it, his hooded executioner blames British Prime Minister David Cameron for joining forces with the United States against the Islamic State. The executioner warned that the decision will drag the British people into "another bloody and unwinnable war."

Cameron issued a message on Twitter moments after the video was released, calling the murder of David Haines "an act of pure evil." He expressed condolences to Haines' family members who, he said "have shown extraordinary courage and fortitude." Cameron said his government will "do everything in our power to hunt down these murderers and ensure they face justice, however long it takes."

As you know, ISIS isn't a group of Syrian refugees. ISIS have their own agenda, which seems to take precedence over anything else. The refugees might not even be welcome in the Islamic State.

It's a war zone. By definition it is not a safe place. But, yes, one would have to be very brave or stupid to want to do it knowing aid workers are not safe from attack, although I don't think the people being helped attacked the British man. (Was he really providing aid to ISIS?)

The man that did this heinous crime in the name of Allah is also inline for a big cheque because some other prisoner gave him a slap so he is now inline for compensation.
When the British government refuses to jail or deport dangerous terrorists because it may infringe their human rights you may as well run up the white flag as you have already lost.
As said stop all aid to these savages, let them all gather together and form a caliphate and then just nuke it

It's about time the Arab nations stepped up to the plate and did something other than pay protection money to these scum.

Brave volunteer humanitarian workers should continue to go unarmed to warzones. To capitulate to cowardly terrorists is itself cowardly.

The message an imminent decapitee should deliver to camera is not some ISIS penned propaganda but :-

'You will not put me off. Cut off my head if you will. Two more heads will grow in its place."

That's the trouble though. It isn't just one soldier or aid worker it is the thousands, tens of thousands of innocent people slaughtered by these religious savages to get their aim. What is so bizarre about wanting to stop that ?

It's alright it's all been faked so 'Al Jazeera' claimed last week.

Al Jazeera finally made some headlines this week. But not for a good reason. AJA's sister network, Al Jazeera Arabic, published an article on its website suggesting that the recent beheadings of American journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff were faked.

The article reportedly claimed that the clip of Foley's execution had likely been created by the journalist himself.
“Foley was playing the role of champion not the victim only, for he recites a lengthy statement in peerless theatrical performance, and it seems from tracking the movement of his eyes that he was reading a text from an autocue," the article read, per Al Arabiya, adding that the masked executioner “did not have the features of common jihadist figures, but he was rather similar to a Hollywood actor.”
