    Anger, frustration and after having your privacy invaded 4 times sometimes enough is enough. This clearly angry and frustrated man saw red and done what he should not have done and that is killing a person when he could have easily called the police.

    I truly believe that Americans, those majority law abiding and honest people, are an extremely frustrated race infuriated by the amount of crime that has crept into their society.

    I believe a jury will not vote murder instead he is a victim of society's grief and crime.

    A good behavior bond is what the old fella will receive.

    well we can say that was murded but on the other hand these two persons known what risk they are taking.. Think this movie "Law Abiding Citizen" is quite good to this theme

    Manslaughter (whatever you call it) methinks. He didn't need to shoot twice, and lethally. Especially if the crack Ho was begging for her life. But he's old, frail, and cowardly- with a gun.
