If your looking for Thai National Parks in Sisaket is Khao Phra Wihan National Park and in Buriram is Ta Phraya National Park, a couple of TeakDoor members have visited Khao Phra Wihan, here is memocks trip to Khao Phra Wihan and here is WujouMao's trip.
Surin has a small resident expat community, numbers bandied about seem to be around the 6,000 mark, there are several pubs/clubs and restaurants that cater to the expats living in Surin such as The Farang Connection, Norby’s Restaurant & Minimart which caters to the German expats, S French Restaurant which supposedly does great French food and Sydney Seasons, A Steak House & Restaurant which has more of an Australian & International influence.
