Prachinburi has several annual festivals, in February is the Makha Purami Sri Prachin Festival, this is when 250 monks walk in austerity from Wat Pa Ma Fai to Wat Sra Morakot to carry out dharma practice among monks, students, and the local people.
May has the Prachin Buri Agricultural Fair, Sales of fruits, plants and products from various farmer groups, fruit and agricultural produce contest, active vegetable boiling competition, Thai decorative plants competition, agro tourism activities, and other various forms of entertainment.
July 1st is the Kaeng Hin Perng Rafting Festival and later on in the month is the Khao YaiRiver Rafting Festival.
A visa run to by step through motorbike, passing through Khao Yai, Wang Nam Kiew, Prachinburi, Kabinburi, Sa Kaeo, then onto the border of Aranyaprathet and Poipet.
This two-storey palace was constructed in 1909 for King Chulalongkorn Rama V for an official visit to the province. Unfortunately, the king succumbed to an illness and died before he could make the journey. It is located in the grounds of the Chao Phraya Abhaibhubate Hospital.
Thap Lan National Park was declared as Thailand’s 40th National Park in December 1981. It is the country’s second largest National Park, covering an area of 2,235.80 sq.km. The highest peak of the Park is Khao Lamang, at a height of 992 m above sea level.

Phrakhru Uthai Thammathari Museum
This museum houses many prehistoric archaeological finds, also antiques and art objects covering ancient history of neighboring countries, including the preparation of a new art imitating ancient The museum has about 900 pieces, including antique bronze, bangles, pottery, porcelain and various old coins from neighboring countries.
Prachin Buri National Museum
Located in the back of the hall is Prachinburi History Museum of Archaeology. Founded as a center of antiques from seven provinces including Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Most of the antiques came from the ancient city, including Dvaravati Buddha idol in the Hindu respect ศิวลึงค์ Debheeong appliances and bronze, also art is exhibited from different periods in Thailand from prehistoric times to the continued reign of Rattanakosin period 5 for the purpose of comparison, it includes ceramics Sangkhalok found under the sea from nearby Pattaya.

Yusuksuwan Museum
Yusuksuwan Museum is located on approximately 17 rai in Tambon Dong Khi Lek and has a large collection of traditional lamps, there are antiques that were used in everyday life of the ancients such as old coins, old lotteries, old Cabinet Wood vanity and refrigerator kerosene fan used kerosene clock winding radio wood kerosene lamp Bicycle and Tra Chang older E. Bamboo Garden
Supervised by the Department of Corrections, the garden is located in Tambon Noen Hom with the area of about 300 Rai. This place has the collection of various kinds of bamboo to study. From Highway No.33, turn left at Noen Hom Intersection to Highway No.3077 (Noen Hom - Khao Yai) for 11 kilometres or 20 kilometres from town.
Wat Sansi's Bird Park
Located in Tambon Wat, the park is the place for various kinds of thousands birds. The best season to watch the birds is during July to April. The accessibility to the park is by using the same road to Wat Bot but taking the right turn at the intersection. The park is 18 kilometres from town.
Sa Morakot Archaeological Site
Situated in Wat Morakot, Tambon Kok Thai, these are the the gigantic Buddhist sites. The most fascinating attraction is the largest and oldest Lord Buddhas Footprints which were carved on the natural laterite floor. Also, there are the Wheel of Dhamma in the middle of both soles. These Footprints were dated between 13th to 15th centuries B.E.
Si Mahosot Ancient Town
Si Mahosot Ancient Towns Located at Ban Khok Wat, Tambon Khok Peep, these sites were constructed in the Davaravati Period, with oval shape, and the area of about 700 Rai. There are moats, earth walls, and more than 100 interesting ancient venues. Most of the archeological materials are related to Hinduism.
