Cool to see the gaffs. Giggs' place wasn't up to much. Though it was possibly his brother's.

He probably didn't want to break anything expensive while he was biffing up the missus, and was around his sister in laws place most of the time anyway.

Nice 'spring' pics, Chitty! Glad you finally got your bike out. I got mine out a week ago and have been all over the trails here in this 'green' city of hundreds of trails. My first ride out 30 km's not bad. Got a new bike as well! Happy trails!

Hundreds of trails sound marvellous, I'm always looking for new places to explore on my bike.

You should bang up some pics, you've got a natural eye for photography.

    All the best.

Been a funny old week with the weather, but still managed to get a few decent rides in.

Thick snow one morning and gone by midday..

Someone's lock down project, how many different bird houses do you see?

A few classic cars and electric Vespa lookalikes..

Anybody guess the sky blue classic in the middle?
    On my bike-20210416_202501-jpg

The roads are now back to pre covid congestion levels and it was getting a tad hairy and polluted at times, so headed onto a canal tow path risking punctures from the hawthorns and snapped some wonderful scenery..
    On my bike-20210416_170320-jpg

    On my bike-20210416_165600-jpg

The clusters of midges along the tow path were starting to bounce of my head like hailstorm now and at one point I lost my balance trying to unclog and nearly went head first into the canal.
Nursing a few injuries today .

A decent week of rides with a stunning sunset to end it with...

    Enjoy!

No where near as dry and hot as last year.
The roads are back to there pre lockdown congestion levels, which is a shame because it's been quite a pleasant 14 months on my bike.

^ The winter pic looks warmer than the spring one!

I've heard it's been a lousy spring down south... same up north?

The police are turning cars back on roundabouts near motorways to prevent people enjoying the seaside because of the Indian variant this week.

So opted for a sweltering 5 hour ride around the Cheshire flats, got some nice pics and sunstroke.
