    Sensational Staffordshire

Oft overlooked this hidden gem stretching from the heathen Marches to the gentle slopes of the Peak District

In the heart of Englad yet happily free of Northern social grimers nor dissimilitude to Southern loucheness, no day trippers in London Lycra despoiling the vistas.

A land to be uncovered,,savoured,it's crevices to be explored

Let us begin where Sir Gawain met the Green Knoght as the modern vernacular was born near the Dane.

    The Roaches

A short stroll towards Baldwin's Gate from my college was Dad's Army favourite pub.

A foaming prize for the name and also the only IN in England to have a world cup triple goal scorer behind the bar

I have partaken of an ale or two within the fine County, prior to being banished forever.
