i think Mods are like white maggots (aussie slang for an umpire), needed to run the game but nobody likes them, or apreciates them, and no matter what they do or dont do - they are always wrong.

also what sort of disturbed kid wants to grow up to be an umpire instead of actually playing the game, not quite right if u ask me. i tell u after the game its frowned up to share a beer with them.

I view mods as I do sewage workers. I believe that they do a required service and I respect the effort that they put in....That said, I don't want to follow after them at the buffet bar.

True I have a great deal of respect for MtD as a mod here, I often dont agree with him but at least he has the balls to stand up for his own convictions and takes a lot of stick for being one of the least "stealthy" MOD's, but your right generaly a MOD is dammed if you do and dammed if you dont

I was a mod for a short while on Thaizine. I wasn't very good. I edited someone's post by mistake once and got told off. Apart from Marmite I'm not sure who else is a mod on here. Don't really care to know either if they are the sort of people who send liver through the postal system.
