Can anyone suggest how I might reduce this gif from 65 kb to just below 50kb for Ice Maiden? I have tried doing it with gifworks but that fokker says that it fails to load even though it is within gifworks acceptable criteria. I also tried editing it photobucket and photobucket just got the 'ump as well. I could cut a few frames out of it but that would spoil it.
Can anyone help?
I have no idea what to do with this animation!

Ah hah! Ice, load it back into Image ready and optimize it before saving it. All we need to do is reduce the net colours by 15kb. Should be easy from there gal. You wont lose any significant image and it will meet the Teakdoor criteria.Quote:
