I sent a PM to "Moderator". It took 7 weeks to get a reply and then only after I'd mentioned it in a thread. A better system/method is required.

Yeah, there was a time when one could PM admin or senior mod with an inquiry, comment, complaint, etc and would receive a response quite readily - as there was an open and familiar sense that made it's way through this unceremonious and freelance forum.....
