    ^thank you

Going to have to split our visit to Nara in two different posts. This is one of the better stops we made.

Horyuji Temple - Houses the world's oldest surviving wooden structures

    Kasuga Taishathe
    – Nara’s shrine of one thousand lanterns

You’re not permitted to take pictures of these women for some reason (I forget). There was security that will stop you if they see your camera out, while we were there.

Nara Park. If you are able to visit Nara try to book a room/suite at Noborioji Hotel – Nara. You will not be disappointed and it's next to the park.

    2nd post related to Nara

Matabei Sakura the 300-year-old Cherry Tree. I was impressed with its beauty.

    Hasedera Temple

Muroji Temple is the smallest 5-story pagoda in Japan

Onodera Magaibutsu Temple where you can view the Buddhist statue carved into the cliff face. Have to look closely

^ Thank you. It is nice to visit during Cherry Blossom season. Kind of an extra

Not a cherry blossom in sight.

Our Japanese guide wanted us to see these two places while in the area. Working back towards Tokyo.

    Hakone Volcano

    and Lake Ashinoko

There's cherries all over the shop only the Ainu and anal seem to need to make a fuss.
Visit the cherry blossoms in Fundao — idealista

In Basque Itsasu there is a festival and cherries eaten, drunk, lobbed and final swept away. If you have ever had to sweep wet leaves you wouldn't want one.

There are many beautiful things to see and do in Japan, looking at cherry trees was not one for me. Snow monkeys , Tskuji, Kyoto, Mt Fuji, Funibashi or Roponggi or Shinjuku at night

Back in Tokyo after two weeks. Cherry blossoms dropping.

On our way to the Tokyo Skytree.........

we were able to visit a shrine (?) where we were able to watch the cherry blossoms petals dropping.

They built a new fish market after the historic one burned down and where visitors were allowed inside. Miss that old market.

Now they have opened the Toyosu Fish market. Not even close to being interesting.

The Tsukiji market is OK and still open.
