I rode my mountain bike 5 miles to Gym, did my deal at Gym for 1.5 hrs and then rode back. Man it feels good after a good ride.
Breakfast was some sheet time with missues ;), then mango and cranberry juice. Lunch will be noodle and din is who knows. Weight today at gym was 67.6kgs. BMI 11%

Thanks mate, i did 600 before work, then poached eggs again with a grapefruit, have skipped lunch, had 2 bananas and some coffee, on a late one today so might not get to swimm tonite, but hey its nearly the weekend so i can catch up then :)
got home late and had a yoghurt and a banana,got a late start today so already been and done a nice 600 meters, bloody frosty out this morning in me shorts :)
weigh day was monday, lost another 2 kilos!!!
oh and jizzy fell off his bike :rofl:
