I've seen both you guys eat and eat you can both do well.

Your both young kids so if your serious about this weight loss thing, exercising at the gym or some form of exercise early in the morning before going to work and again in the evening after work along with not eating carbs, ice cream and shortly before bed time is going to help. Stop drinking the beer at least until you get over this way.

back from my swim this morning, got really busy so I bailed after 16 lenths and now having some musli for brekkie.
