Saw something similar the other day on the side of a busy road. Thais cannot hold their piss in, when they need to go they need to go right away. I don't care if someone paid her or not, she's a filthy animal. What kind of self respecting female would allow herself to be degraded like this, for what was probably a couple hundred baht.

However, I do have to admit that I have a feeling that if you put up a sign in Pattaya that said "piss in this drain and get 1000 baht" - they would be queuing around the block.....self respecting females and Pattaya...hmmmm..

(and just to be clear - I am sure that there ARE many self respecting females in and around Pattaya - its just that there are an awful lot of the other type too....)
