    for our resident tax expert.

    a friend of mine put his son on his deeds, as joint owner, he now tells me, the revenue want him to pay the tax up front. he used the term, capitol gains, not correct methinks, whatever, is the fact u can pay tax up front correct, i understand u pay tax on earnings, not projected earnings.

    Are you sure it's not the fees for change of property ownership ?
