^Many of these farang seem to have an almost parent/child relationship with their wives and girlfriends, so it may work.

Good idea, this is normally the case when we go to Bunnings on their low lying trolley.

Exactlty mate and to be honest I guess because of the nature of this forum many others on here have arrived from similar backgrounds / stories , for my part I lost far more of the material side + far worse . It,s good to see you getting going again with your Lek , that,s the way now mate forward >

The strange thing about my wife is when clothes shopping she rushes from shop to shop.Convinced the next shop will have what she is looking for or have a bargain in.
I however walk slowly looking in every shop from out side,notice the items she wants and stupidly enough tell her what shop has what she is looking for.We then go back to the shops she passed by a few hours back.
Learnt my lesson the other day spotted what she wanted while she rushed on ahead bargain hunting.Told her about the shop,thinking pair of jeans 199 baht,wrong cost me 600 baht.Going to keep quite from now on.
