^ Can you prove it with a pic from their webite/menu or whatever?
Been late loads of times and never got free stuff.
Hope it's true 'cos I will bell them just as the wind picks up and dark clouds appear. Never make it to mine in 30 mins if it pisses down.
    Black diamonds? I shit 'em.

Took some finding, but here you go

BANGKOK, Thailand—Following the recent introduction of a 30-minute delivery guarantee by Pizza Hut, The Pizza Company is promising the same.
According to The Nation, The Pizza Company, which lays claim to a 65-percent share of the Bangkok pizza market, has promised its home-delivery customers a coupon for a free large pizza—dine-in, carryout or delivered—if a delivery pizza doesn't arrive in 30 minutes. The deal is good nationwide.

They have never been late with me, If you go eat inside Pizza Hut or The Pizza Company, you will annoyingly see that delivered food takes priority

Nearly three decades ago, Domino's Pizza popularized the 30-minute guarantee in the U.S. It later removed the promise (it still offers it in some international markets) after one of its drivers was involved in a fatal collision with another car. A jury deemed the driver was hurrying to meet the 30-minute deadline, and that his haste caused the accident.

^ Cheers for the info sabaii. Comes from a 2003 article, but sure it's still policy.

Checked the official website and a 2011 article from The Nation.
Both mentioned the 30 minute guarantee, but not the actual guarantee itself.

    The Nation.
"We have a 30-minute guarantee to deliver our pizza to the customer's home. The increase in our home-delivery opportunities will also depend on our ability to expand our delco and restaurant networks, especially in second-tier cities," she said.

    Pizza Company website.
With over 200 branches nationwide, The Pizza Company is more than ready to serve you on any occasion whether you wish to dine-in our
restaurants, order to take-home or have your pizza delivered to you. For quick delivery, simply dial 1112 and we'll serve oven HOT! and 30 minute
    guaranteed!

Just shot of an email to the powers that be at Pizza Company and will report back if they do!

If the free one's late, do you get another one ad infinitum?

Don't hold your breath for the email

    I was wondering,

If it is a voucher you receive, then the rider must carry it on him

Question: Why is it everyone has extremely different times on their watches in Thailand? It's hard to feel confident you are getting the correct time from anyone in this country?

^ This is Thailand, so why on earth would you need to know the correct time?

Has anyone used the new US SS debit card in Thailand? The Direct Express® Debit MasterCard.

If you have tell me how it works there.

I got one sent out by letter... the pizza came in about 35-40 minutes, but so did a phone call saying they'd send me a voucher, and they did. The funny thing was, that the late (just) pizza was being paid for by a voucher too...

When I was in college (and the Domino's 30-minute guarantee was still in effect) we used to collaborate with the front desk guards at the dorm (non-residents had to sign in) to stall the delivery guys- got quite a few freebies that way- I feel kinda badly about it now as those guys probably had to take some grief when they got back to the shop.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

All I do know is that during college to support myself along with the GI BIll, I worked early mornings on a trash truck. I soon found out that by collecting tabs from empty pizza boxes, I could get a free pizza.

Some people like to cheat by being sneaky and trying to go around the system. Me? I was just working, attending school and trying to save money.

However, pizza did get old week after week.

Takes all kinds of people I guess...
