The guys site is full of him delving into everyone elses problems with the opposite sex, just think he should have led by example

If you read his last few weekly columns, they've become stale, he's hinted at selling up a few times now, even gave out a ball park figure of the price.

I'd noticed that myself, didn't he mention 1 million as a fair price?

Even years ago though, I often thought that in the weekly column he seemed like he saw it as a chore. I didn't read it for ages and when I did it didn't seem like he was any more bored than before.
