    HiSo lady driving

Was sitting with a mate yesterday having a beer outside a bar
Parked outside an hotel opposite was a BMW sports car with red plates still on it
A young HiSo lady came out of the hotel and got in it
It was boxed in with a couple of other cars within a foot or so at each end .
She shuffled the car backwards and forwards a few times but wasn't going anywhere !
The hotel guard came out - smart uniform - white gloves- Raybans - and of course his whistle !
With a series of meaningless tweets on his whistle and waving his arms about he got her to back up close to the car behind
He then went to the front and waved his arm in a circular fashion indicating that she should turn the steering wheel.
    She did
Then with a flourish and a long blast on his whistle he indicated that she could pull out ok.
The car jerked forward - mounted the kerb and hit the car in front
A furious shouting match started .
Our waiter through tears of laughter explained that she had indeed turned the wheel onto full lock in the direction that he was waving his arm.
Problem appeared to be that he was waving it clockwise - not anticlockwise and she did what he indicated !!

Saw a similar incident yonks ago.

Was out on my apartment balcony with an Aussie mate looking at a Hi So couple in the car park. It appeared the bloke had just gifted a new BMW to his girl and now she was going to take it out for a spin. Only problem was it was nose in to the curb. So he explains how to lock the wheel over then slowly reverse back and straighten the wheel when she's away from the curb.

" ka " she says, locks the wheel over , then reverses back quite fast, neglecting to turn the wheel straight with the result that she performes a semi circle and crashes the rear of the car into a concrete bollard.

Laugh, we nearly cried ....... and so did the Thai bloke.

In the examples above, what is the likelihood of the hiso lady having a drivers license? I'd say approaching zero chance...

I'm sure they'd have bought a Thai one, but you're right, they haven't got real ones.
