    Your favourite movie ever ?

I've just spent way too many hours looking at movies.

    All good.

But what's you're favorite all time, watch it again and again, favorite movie?

I've decided but I'm not going to tell yet.

It's spelled with an 'os' in the middle not 'ea'.

Nah, I haven't thought of it yet. I'll take the dog for a walk and think about it.

    Well, here we go,

Of all the movies I have, and all the movies I've watched, I've come to the somewhat embarrassing conclusion that the most entertaining movie IMHO is ..........

Well, I'd say It's a Wonderful Life is mine. It's an oldie but goodie. The best days of our civilization are long gone. Now we live in a world of worthless plastic emptiness.

Hard pressed JJ I will have to say "Out of Africa" with Robert Redford and Meryl Streep, but it is a close call with many others like "Deerhunter" "Blood Diamonds" "Spy Game" "The English patient" "Cold mountain" ect.

It's hard to pick just one, but I recently watched 'Midnight Run' for the umpteenth time- that's one of my faves.

I also quite like 'Cool Hand Luke'.

Just one? No can do.....but amongst the favs, I'd be partial to Lawrence of Arabia; The African Queen; Apocalypse Now; Zulu; Five Easy Pieces; The French Connection - I could go on, but I won't. Sorry, as I couldn't find myself choosing just one.

Been meaning to see Lawrence of Arabia and The French Connection for a while now, just never get around to it.

Casino is my favorite movie, with Goodfellas as a close second.

    Requiem For a Dream

There's nothing quite like seeing Jennifer Connolly getting a massive black dildo shoved up the clacker.

I think it's a great movie when watched for the first time, but not one that I can watch over and over. It loses much of its appeal once you know that twist already.

I know but you still have to watch it a couple of times to really get hold of it.
Shawshank is great movie as well.
And so of course are the first two Godfathers.
    Goodfellows wasn't bad ein't.
But Mary "fucking" Poppins was hardcore.

I want to add "In Bruges" as a close second. Excellent dialogue.
