    Bangkok Hotel Wanted

Looking for a hotel in a central area, prefer Sukhumvit or Ratchada area most likely.

    Defo not Silom or Sathorn.

2 bedroom would be nice, or single room is ok as long as reasonable size, not shoe box.

1 night only midweek, so not so fussy this time.

Most of all needs free wifi or Lan connection with cables provided for hispeed download of a shite load of stuff in a 24hr period.

Any suggestions....oh and I expect significant bargains considering the state of the country.
I like poisoning my neighbours dogs till they die cos I'm a cnut

Would like the Mercure at fortune tower, but no internet from what I gather. it is ok, we stayed there before and central to all we have to do while in town.

    Honey is a shithole.

President on soi 11 is not that great.

    Dunno manhatten.

    Shall checkout the others.

Manhattan is about the same as Royal President, slightly tired, but still presentable.

    The top 2 look ok.

Solitare has good rates for the single rooms, seems good value for such standard.

Who can tell me what is best for downloading a pile of stuf from the internet....a wifi or broadband connection ?

The 2 above do not mention free internet.

Granted, the Chaophya Park had its heyday about 12 years ago, but it's well located.
