    Register now for free.
Simply fill in your name and contact details.
Provide us with some basic details of the bank or credit card accounts you wish to claim for.
Accept the litigation funding agreement, enabling you to join any class actions that are launched relating to your claims.
Did you give them your pin number too ?

How stupid can some people be ?

You can easily verify it...google the law firm....well known Oz group...email them seprately and ask confirmation.

This website was featured on msn news site....so presume it has been checked out as fraudster or not.

but, no, i have not registered as yet.

No money exchanges hands for this, it is one of those group litto things where no success, no fee....but their fee on success is no doubt a whopper....but again taken from winnings, not direct payment.

So if they win, you get some cash that you would have no hope of getting back on your own.

    If they lose....costs you nothing.

Funny thing is that the banks seem to be shitting about it....my bank has a front page announcement on it now telling how they have decided....in good faith....to abolish all these fees and different charges for the good of new found customer relationships.....fuckers.....
I like poisoning my neighbours dogs till they die cos I'm a cnut

Right. I would still be wary about providing personal details and bank account details.
How do banks verify who you are? by asking your birth date and address.

Until very recently, some banks charged you up to $60 if you became overdrawn, went beyond an agreed limit, or made a late payment. The true cost might only have been a few dollars at most on each transaction. Banks have made billions from these unfair charges.
The team at Financial Redress have campaigned hard over the last year for customers to receive compensation. We have recently joined forces with IMF, Australia's largest and most successful litigation funder. We are planning large scale class actions, to make these banks repay all the exception fees they have deducted over the last six years, plus interest. We have secured the services of Maurice Blackburn, Australia’s pre-eminent class action lawyers.

Perhaps it's better to sell any Aussie bank stocks ASAP.
