I donate $200, TD or charity of your choice. No strings. I just ship the funds first.

Then you meet me in person in BKK and we'll do you ultra high rolling pro player prop at market price with this swap clap trap you speak of. But we have to draft the agreement in person. That's $200 to the charity you champion, and you get to short gold too, and any proceeds either way also go to charity.

I doubt you'll accept, and just find more worming ways out of it. But how can you refuse, I'm offering $700 to charity if your call is correct, and all you have to do is meet me in person. What say ye?

I am only interested in a "neutral" deal, but if you are ready to pay the difference at the beginning of the contract by using a non-neutral benchmark, then why not.

so the terms will be as followed, roughly:

200 liability to 999, which is an asset for me to compensate the 1000 benchmark

since it's a liability, you can't donate it to charity directly yet. It will be your equity tranche to pay for the first 200 USD changes in your favor.

Ex 1: Spot is 1200 after 6 months, your liability is 200, your paper gain is 200, I owe you 0
Ex 2: Spot is 800 after 6 months, your liability is 200, your paper loss is 200, you owe me 400 USD
Ex 3: Spot is 1400 after 6 months, your liability is 200, your paper gain is 400, I owe you 200 USD

OK, so we meet in person, I bring $200 in cash, which you can hand over to charity, then we subtract $200 from the spot gold price on the day, and use that as the bench? (we both know gold is <$1200 now, you're not trying to hustle a hustler are you?)

Final payment to be made on the expiration of the 6 month SWAP, I trust me bringing $200 up front will be enough good will for you to trust I honour the agreement?
