I was trying to upload a video I shot on the mobile, it is in 3GP format, but the file size is like 40+MB, any idea how to compress this?

I thought it was a bit of a laugh with him taking the piss out of her on the phone!

Surely you should be able to get this down to a much smaller size.

It Is almost 3 years old,

You can even lipread "Ben Kwai"

That's fucking crazy! - They were getting completely knocked out!

Sadly my son was a bit pissed that no one "Died" or really "Bled"...he likes watching those vomit inducing BMX accidents where the hands and arms snap back in the wrong direction. Me, I can't watch them...they cause me a strange kind of pain that starts somewhere deep in your guts...ever since I saw him fall and break a leg...It is horrible.

However, he quite wants to try "Slip and Bleed" What more can you say?
