12lb that... not bad for a first catch for a first time fisherman after about 30 min fishing. I fear it will all be downhill for him from here though.Originally Posted by happynz
We all had a pretty good day on the water actually. Had to leave early to meet other family but we would have definitely had our limit if we had stayed a while longer.
Sunset Christmas evening Mae Sai Thailand.
^ Nice.
Just booked this place for a bit of a break.
No phones/tablets/laptops allowed. (same as when in a car)
MM will bring some sort of electric grill type thing. I'll bring the wine, telescope and latte machine.
Kid says the hamster has to go too, so I don't know, they can play in the trees and hopefully find their way back by breakfast time or something.

I'd invite you along Tez, but heard you're a bit of a specialist at Hide-The-Hamster, and I've grown quite fond of the little fat furball.

Lucky Lulu, All three.
The view, the brew and the screw. How long are you staying for?

Bit long, but I want to get in touch with me chakra, then really delve into me inner-Lulu.
Is there a shitter up there?
^ There's one on the ground not far from the rhododendron bush.
What do you think all those leaves are for.
It's the type of place where you get in touch with your inner Jeff.
This picture could not better summarize the dialogue that went on immediately after I took this photo. It was literally “Stop”, “give me some money”, “RS.100”.
^ Cool shot.
Talk about a different culture/location than most of us are used to.

I took a look at the member's list a few days ago to see who the longest regular poster was, and was a bit surprised to see it was HappyNZ (I think that Eli just FLOUNCED, or doesn't post much anyway).
Just been busy with Veterans Administration stuff, takes over a month to get an appointment.
Was that you arrested outside the White House screaming about $700 million a day being spent on bombing poor people in caves, instead of being spent on health care, university, and housing, so the poor people in America don't have to sign up to bomb the other poor people just to get them?
Nice speech.
Preparing chilies for tonight dinner.

I'm surprised Thais haven't taken to tempura'ing them. Paw food while drinking. Would be great with icy cold Chang.
