Snapped this today in the Dublin mountains...
Bet the air is rich there. Looks nice but cold.
Today ( Sat) 7 Celsius, not too cold, just ideal for a hill walk and the air is pure, but dark evenings setting in now.
How many assholes does it take to change a light bulb?
None; assholes never see the light anyway.
Only one.
Wrong thread Should be clowns on bikes.
Nobodys fault but mine
Should be in the bike section
This evening - Everybody is waiting for supermoon perigee-syzygy
Late arrival
Closest moon this century
Won't be this close again until 2034
Long exposure looks like sunrise
Phetchabun from Lan Chom Dao
Very nice, B.
That last shot is a winner Loops.
I can touch the moon tonight
That's true. If the topic is the moon, the second last one is better.

^ Nice colours.
I ran 16 miles and rode 24 in biblical conditions on Saturday - it pissed down for the duration and at times the mist was so thick you could only make out the following few metres.
The start of the bike leg.
Trying to unwrap a double chocolate flapjack with gloves on in the rain while pedalling uphill is about as easy as finding an edible packet of crisps in Isaan.
You are very silly to run like that as you are going to die just like the rest of us and you'll be sorry that you did silly things then. You would be better employed eating trifle.Originally Posted by somtamslap

I wouldn't call it silly. Duathlons are very much like making like embarking on a marathon boozing session - you get stuck in, lose your brain, and dribble a lot.Originally Posted by can123
Thanks. I have indeed, will sort through them presently.Originally Posted by blue
Congratulations Slaps. Is that the same bike you rode Lejog above?
How's the knees after running that distance?
Cycling for me no problem, but running arrgggg
No, I used a cyclo-cross bike for LeJog - which I probably shouldn't have, in hindsight. Will be using that Cannondale with a pair of knobbly tyres for Bilbao to Basingstoke early next spring.Originally Posted by Chittychangchang
No probs with the legs, it was the just the cold, cold bike ride that really stung. I couldn't feel my feet for the first six miles of the second run.Originally Posted by Chittychangchang
Towards the end of the first run, looking out for my wife and kids who came along to cheer me on. But, true to form, they slept in the car through the entire race.

Let me just say, well done Slappers.
That Bilbao to Basingstoke ride sounds fantastic.
