Bloody hell Abe. You cant half make that phone work well. I always have trouble with focusing.

Is it my eyesight Nige, or are those bricks forming a circle vertically?
Im after one of them there Nikon D7000s
I have to be honest I was very surprised how sharp it managed to be that close. When you consider I was using it to take wide landscape shots in Cornwall the other week and now using it right down at the other end of the scale. Some dufus said phone cameras were shit the other day, I would take mine over a £100 point and and press any day of the week.
This is where I found him, strung up by his legs in a web.
Some nice detailed hairs on his body.
Is that with an S4?
No mate its the limitations of my Lumix TZ 30 I,m afraid ,, complete with a " Dufus " operating it !Originally Posted by astasinim

Is this some kind of hybrid camera, half DSLR half compact??
I need to take a closer look.
Found a marsh frog in the pool last week.
Then this morning I found this massive fok hanging from the deck beams above the laundry.
Carpet python (attracted by the deep shag on my chinese rug!)
Next time I find a marsh frog I,m gonna snap it in front of my misses in her bikini to
thats a different girl ???
the snake is a beauty...
This fella was keeping lookout for his pals, Just in case there was anyone out to shoot them with anything other than a camera.
He'd look much better in the dinner thread.
Nice shot. I love the purple haze the foliage gives to the back drop.
Cheers Abe. It was a difficult shot for me. 1. Getting close enough without scaring him, especially with a 6 year old in tow and 2. Shooting into the sun.
One thing I love about Britain is the right of way walks in the countryside.
A mile outside Scarborough , Yorkshire.
Combine harvester men were having a leisurely breakfast at the end of the path,
helpful with directions !
Anyone know this butterfly species name ?
There were lots about , but they are very aware ,
so had to take the photo with the compact lumix 24 zoom .
^ a red admiral ime thinking (good shot)
ive tried snaping the butterflies in my garden, they are as big as birds, but they allways flap off before i can get close
^
I`d say red admiral too.
Love the last 2 Blue.
Nah, no red admiral but a small tortoiseshell (Aglais urticae).
