I studied Taekwondo for a few years and tried to use those things but only ended injuring myself and knocking out a front tooth.

I can use numchucks (obviously nothing like her). I even tried to find my old set before I moved to Thailand, but obviously they'd disappeared. It's prolly been around fifteen years since I practised on them though, so if I get my hands on a set and start practising do stay well clear.

twas my weapon of choice when i trained, though i started with a big arse set of heavy rubber ones, when you move on to wood..jaysus do they fly, never though did i graduate to 2 sets, i would like to see em control on strikeing though different ball game just flailing to control, and yep many times hit meself in all areas ball bag included, here nowadays chucks are banned unless you have a permit and are in ligitimate training
