Maybe if you started putting threads in the right place rather than dumping everything in the Lounge, people might be more prepared to laugh or talk about modern medical miracles?

This one was posted in the Lounge because of the discussions re. Jews and the like and the propensity of some to call them Joos . . . Should I have placed it in Issues?

So, the modern miracle thread should be in which forum? Medical? Do we have one?

Personally, I wouldn't have bothered, but maybe Jokes & Funny Stories would be better than Issues (not that there's much difference at times).

funny, maybe? yesterday needed med cert for Thai drivers licence, walking about looking for a doctor and finally found one; tomorrow I present my forms completed by the dr at the "Phuket Erectile Dysfunction and Impotence Clinic" - first place i found after leaving MoT.
This will become part of my bureaucratic 'permanent record'. I'll live with it.

Grape Juice . . . The Malay word for 'juice' is 'joos', which in itself is rather funny as they have no diplomatic relations with Israel and travel to Israel is stamped in their passport as being prohibited . . .
