I'm here cause I wanna be. of course i'd stay. More money is just more money. Where i live ain't got nothin to do with money, if it did i have to be fuckin' pure-D idiot to choose here for opportunity.

I mean would you stay in Thailand or head off elsewhere in the world (possibly a more expensive and luxurious location), or just travel continuously?

Lots of people say that they like it here because the essentials in life are much cheaper. Take that pressure out of the equasion, and does it change things?

it's cheaper here for sure. And it's tougher to earn a dime too. I live her 'cause I like it. Money no object, maybe I'd travel more, see some things i ain't seen; but this would be home.

I think I'd spend part of my time here, but not the majority. Maybe the kinder months of December to February only. Living here year round doesn't suit me.

My main reason for being here now is to experience Asia, and this seemed like a convenient (and raw!) place to do that. I'd like to spend more time in other Asian countries, but without having to go thru all the shit of finding a job there. The money would allow that.

Of course, the private jet would make plentiful trips to Bournemouth airport

so after having converted the amount into
baht 412mill , currency I have a better (spending) grasp over, these are my 2 cents worth:

in a bank @ a very conservative 5% fixed rate, time deposit (and the principal still intact)

i'd have 56,000 baht per day to spend , every day ...

i don't think I could go through the whole daily amount
matter of fact I would barely dent the per diem
i got most of the toys i want (the 'most' meaning that
what i do not have is because its better they remain at
a dream level like fast airplanes, fast cars , fast motocyies etc.)

I already eat and drink what i want, vacation when/where i want but i'm
running out of places i'd like to visit

so i guess i dont want the 412mill baht, it would just create more financial
headaches than i already have now and i dont want to go and live in another country,
here's jez fine and dandy for now

ps

i'm not into expensive shirt and tie combos like this guy here

but i'd like to get PeaceBlondie a new set of more stable weels

Now if i had 412 million, it would take a lot of convincing that i should put the money in a conservative fixed rate time deposit whatever.
I want to spend it, not make it grow!
And it's hard to spend 56,000 baht everyday on bargirls.

Nope, I put it in my mattress and sleep on it every night and see if i could notice the pile shrinking!
