    An urgent request!!

Please if anyone out there that knows anything about Medical terms in Thai, please can they help?

My It's a bit complicated in the bloodline kind of thing, but my wifes son (from a previous marriage's wifes, mother) can you get it? Has been diagnosed with something that to me sounds like a simple apendicites... but appearently, she is dying!

These fucking doctors are not going to touch her unless they get some CASH!!!!!

The word I cannot understand from them is she has "DTAI" or TAI, please if anyone can help translate this, and what it is, I would be extremely grateful, it seems so sensless that someone would die ( The Thai characters I can not reproduce on the computer, but there are only Two characters, spell something like Sa la ai tor tow?
It means nothing to me, but this woman is 50ks from me, and to think she is going to die (they are preparing everything for the funeral already - kind of breaks my heart!) from an appendicitis

Anyone one knows what it is?

I cannot getr involved in some long term Chemo shit, I don't have the spare money, but if it is a one off that can put her right, that maybe a different story!
    Please reply

I thought the same, but this is Chiang Mai dialect, and it means something VERY SMALL IN your body, all the places they show me seem to point to the appendix, but she has been sick with this for a few weeks, but it now looks like she is going to die!

^That is sera ai tor tau and all it means is kidney, so I'm guessing it must be kidney failure.

This idea of: 'profit before health' was borrowed from modern Western practice of 'MEDICAL BUSINESS'.

Thank you Nick A, or whatever your name is!
you were right it is Kidney problems, and it appears that things have gone too far and she is going to die very soon!!

This really pisses me off as the doctors have done nothing, no one has even mentioned unti she became critical,

I thank you for your help in the transaltion, but due to these IGNORANT CUNTS and their SHIT FOR BRAINS DOCTORS (CUNTS BEING A BETTER DESCRIPTION) an unnecessary death has been forecast! Fuck...I Tell you, never call the UK health service when you see shit like this!

Wer are "trying" top get her to a DECENT hospital tonight, in chiang Mai - the place she is in...they may as well let 5 year olds poke straws into her brain!

But it doesn't look good.. I've been here posting for half an hour and still see no ambulances!

Ta to those that helped, a [at][at][at][at] in need is a [at][at][at][at] indeed!

These fucking idiots here still haven't managed to summon an ambulance..you know I really despair, I get more help from the people on the internet than the people around me, the sad fact is, due to these IDIOTS, this woman WILL DIE and she is not 55 years old!

I give up (almost but not yet!)
