The first reviews are in about the new version of our forum software phpBB.

Olympus is a monster and I'm salivating at the prospect of such a meaty bit of forum software for free.

It's trying to outpace VBulletin at every turn.

So what has this new great software got that vbulletin hasn't got? obviously vbulletin has it all and the only benifit for phpbb users is that they will be able to send files to each other thru the pm system, I assume vbulletin has this aswell but obviously to stop some cnut sending you a keylogger or virus this was disabled, So we then wonder if LDMA ever actually read the specs for vbulletin? obviously he didn't and has no idea of how much better it is than the shite freebie software you can get.

LDMA, your foking page generation times are more than 2 times slower than vbulletin, yes nearly 3 to 4 times slower than vbulletin, and you can't blame that on your server.

LDMA search engines cant read phpbb that good, that's why our vbulletin index page has a google rank of five and your's has a rank of 2, will you ever foking learn? jees I could see you being so foking cheap if you wern't making money out of the forum, but aint it foking time you put some money into it? Fok me LDMA even thaizine and thaitreasuretrove have a higher google ranking than you on your index page, thaitreasuretrove has 40 members, can't you see that you are maybe doing something wrong you fool?

Well Ldma has fixed the clock and all of a sudden there 24 hour users has gone down by 40 to 60, funny how it went up by about 60 when the clock went wrong and has suddenly come back down again, I assume it is just coincedence.

Ldma states.230 online in 24 hours, he then fixes the clock and it goes straight down to 162, funny that aint it.

So what there are 4500 registered users. Only about 25 post regularly. Can't understand why he doesn't realize the higher the google rating the better. I thought he was hoping to pocket a few baht off that forum with advertising ?

Having used both phpbb and vbulletin I have learnt what a crappy piece of shite phpbb is, and there he is pronouncing to the world how much better phpbb is, fok me he only fixed his clock yesterday and it took him several weeks to fix it after I pointed it out a few weeks ago and again yesterday, which was when he then fixed it, I really feel sure he will allow posters to send attachments and files by pm and also allow them to upload them to the forum which seems the main benifit of this new phpbb beta version, yep I can see them being repeatedly hacked yet again as they were before due to stupidity, will there be an outcry to bring Marko back

well the idiot is on the same server

last year there was a major phpbb update the forums that didn't update got taken off of their servers cos they became a danger to the actual server, thai cool house got taken down from their server cos they didn't update and the server of theirs weren't willing to take the risk.
