Um Im sorry but I was with her from 15 till 36 and 4 kids later it was the same and no Iam the opposite of Holmes. We had 4 kids over 12 years and after the 4th girl she was happy if that was the last but didn't want to use birth control.

They tend to sew things up to ensure a snug fit after childbirth, so you'll be OK. Just make sure the doctor knows you're a westerner or they might stitch it up too tight and you'll never get it in there again.

I think that every woman is different and how their body recovers after child birth. I have know some teen girls who could give birth to a bowling ball and other woman who have had children that are physically quite small. Some woman have stretch marks and others have no signs of going through child birth.

I have been present at 2 natural child births and noted the doctor cut the area between the birth canal and the anus called the perineum which can tear during child birth. If this area is firstly cut and tearing doesn't take place then it will heal quickly.

I am not aware of any other procedure which tightens the vagina apart from exercises the woman does and after childbirth.

most Thai doctors want to get it over as soon as possible and on their schedule of convenience so they push a cesarean and extol the virtues of such a procedure to the hubby knowing he is a horn dog...Not that it isn't true mind you..
