    Dodgy satellite boxes

I find the cost of cable TV in Thailand egregiously expensive but I remeber about a year agomy friend said he had brought a pirate cabel contraption. Has anyone got one of these? Where do you buy them? Would they work in Nakon Pathom 60km from Central BKK?

There you go again MD, big words (egregiously) but many simple words spelled incorrectly. i.e. remeber. agomy, cabel.
Not very good form for an Teaching professional.

I don't work. And again "agomy" is simply a typo which should have read ago my. Spelling mistakes and typographical (oh sorry a another "big word" ) errors are not the same thing. I promise not to use any "big words" anymore and instead stick to monosylabic grunts to fit in with the blackgang clique. I Must add that the words you consider "big" are commonly used among the educated classes in England. I refuse to pander to linguistic laziness just becuase US citizens lack a basic command of their bastartised language.
They champion falsehood, support the butcher against the victim, the oppressor against the innocent child. May God mete them the punishment they deserve

Happy you are picking up a few hints there MD, but you just have to put some effort into spelling, its getting worse by the day.
Stick at it son, we will soon have you polished up and being able to present yourself in decent company.

So all your arguements have failed and your only material to work with are some typos? Have you ever tried posting at Thaivisa.com? Pedantic, arrogant and confrontational posting over there will swiftly gain you access to the inner sanctum of senior and prolific moderators and It managers.

Can you run it through an existing ISP modem or do you need to sign up for Dynasat's internet or something? ( I really don't want anymore monthly bills)

    Thanks for the help everyone!
