Yep they are getting bigger. An enforced day off today due to having a new clutch fitted in the motor, so was forced to take a bus back home. I have never seen so many obese people for a long time, as usually am watching the road when driving. And the amount of them that try to stuff themselves into clothes that I would have thought would be 2 sizes smaller then what they should wear, makes them look all the worse.Quote:

I know a Brit OAP- well past retirement age, with a "gammy " leg who uses a walking stick to get about ,( and overweight 'cos due to his leg can't exercise like he used to) who goes 'stir crazy' if he cant get some work to occupy his mind - in any country in the region ! The cash is nice but not 100 % necessary to survive!

Actually I tried a few non-typical countries just to see. Found quite a few articles about obesity in Thai women, Indonesian and even African, but must admit, could only find links to no obesity in Ethiopia (which, had I been able to find articles supporting weight loss there would have been the ultimate in showing how fcuked up the media is about weight)Quote:
