TUCSON, Arizona - A Dutch tourist who was attacked by a javelina at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum has taken the first step to filing a lawsuit against the Tucson facility and Pima County.

After taking the confiscated phone into a nearby toilet cubicle for further examination, the school official declared the nude pics of 14 and 15 year old female students to be pornographic.

I only thought a "javelina" might be dangerous when thrown?

Would have thought he could do a lot better than $400,000 .
Maybe get a better lawyer.

Apart from the physical injuries that could handicap him for life, there is also pain and suffering, emotional distress, and a lifelong phobia of wild pigs jumping out from behind parked cars to chew his good leg off.
