A bit crispy and brown on the underside and edges, runny and yellow on the top. Please modify your poll so I can vote.

We don't do that 'sunny side up' bollocks in the UK. A fried egg is a fried egg.

I like them fried, poached or scrambled. I'm not fussy.

Where's the 'soft-boiled with toast cut into strips to dip into the yoke' option?

On the contrary Princey, that is the best part. Amongst our other agri and stock endeavours, we do eggs {market}. On those occassions that you happen upon a already fertilized egg and an embryonic start, it just adds to the rich flavour!! YUM YUM.

    Another MM weekend masterpiece thread.
Gotta be soft and runny for toast dipping, or eggs benedict. Or a fluffy omelette with cheddar cheese, green onion, mushrooms; or deviled eggs or a yummy roll filled with mushed egg and mayo, green onion, paprika. NO to greasy fried eggs or hard-fried eggs.

    eggs bennie with salmon

I like eggs with a a lot of things:

I like many types of cooked eggs, but especially like sunny-side up, and mix the runny yoke with meat, potatoes, bread, and other things.

I love poached egg sandwiches and also hard-boiled and scrambled.

Tabasco sauce add a nice bit of spice, also.
