Actually, now I come to think about it, my top five all had something in common: they all believed absolutely that they were right about things and that everybody else was wrong. More than anything else, this is what makes me dislike people - the fact that they deal only in certainties, faith and convictions.

The people I like, on the other hand, are people who doubt, who don't really know shit, and who are open to new ideas and evidence. I think there's a really cool quote about this kind of thing from someone famous, but since I don't know who said it or any of the keywords, I can't look it up. Bugger.
