Anyone ever tried it?
Smoking has really been aggrivating me lately. I just turned 25 a few months ago and cigs are REALLY controlling me. I cant travel in a car for more than 1-2 hours before I start craving a smoke. I cant hardly fly anywhere without going crazy for a smoke.
I just had an offshore medical done and they took a chest x-ray. Ive had them before and never seen anything, but this time there is smoke damage in my lungs Im still ok to work, but wtf!?!?
I can smoke ALL DAY if im bored. Like 2-3 packs easy. Thats foking scary.
My grandfather died 2 years ago from lung cancer and watching that was torture. They removed 1 of his lungs and part of his esafagus (sp?) and he STILL smoked!!
I used to be able to run 3 miles/6+km easy at a strong jog, but now, by the last mile in getting dizzy (lack of oxygen) and forcing myself to finish.
I cough up nasty shit everymorning that tastes like cigaretts.
My gf HATES smoke. She keeps begging me to stop and sending me patches and pills in the mail (thats why I have that Quomem stuff now)
I used to have a drug problem back in the day, and the only way that I quit that stuff was my life got soo shitty that I just got pissed off and quit. Never looked back.
So anyone got any ideas/pointers about this subject? I can tell you that the taper method will not work with me. I have a strong addictive personality, and I even get like that with the gym.
