Well yes Nick and Andy, it was a joke in reply to Nick's 'if women didn't have pussies'.
I thought you may have known that not only do things go in them, they are designed for babies to come out of.

You would have all been born shitheads if women had no pussy.
    OK
And you want to follow Poolcleaner, go right ahead.
Trying hard not to come off as a complete shithead, but what do you reckon of the design. It is more of a rule than an exception that it bursts during conception. You'd think the engineer would have used something a little more elastic for ease and comfort...? Or maybe that is the ultimate proof that the Lord is male and taking the piss?

Sorry, I should learn to cut down on the big words. Especially when I have misunderstood what they mean.

I don't think there are so many male chauvinist pigs really, they are just misunderstood.

I met this guy yesterday though, and he made me wonder.

Since any straight male posting something critical of western women is automatically dismissed, here is a quote from Dan Savage, a gay, male sex advice columnist about the sex lives of straight American men.

"If anything, the one way the column has changed me over the years is, I feel so sorry for straight guys. Because their sex lives are a terror, and are really circumscribed by straight guys policing the behavior of other straight guys—"Hey, you're a fag"—and by gay guys policing their behavior, and straight women. Paradoxically, straight guys run the world, but sexually, they're so imprisoned and it's not just a prison of their own creation. A girl goes to college and eats a little pussy and gets over it, and nobody thinks she has to be a lesbian because she did that disgusting pussy-eating thing once or twice. A straight guy goes to college and once or twice gets drunk and goes down on another guy, and if it gets out there, nobody's ever going to think he's straight, ever. It doesn't matter how much pussy he eats after that, or how many kids he fathers by a woman, he's secretly a fag. There's a problem with straight-male sexual identity where it's just a mass of negatives. It's not defined really by anything positive. Being a straight guy is not being a fag, not being a woman, and not doing anything that fags or women do, like have feelings or sit-ups or anything.
Half my mail sometimes is just straight guys going, "She put a finger in my butt. I liked it. Am I gay?" because he was penetrated. Or from women going, "I put my finger in his butt. He liked it. Is he gay?" And it's very sad. You wonder why straight guys are all so endlessly perverse. Like I said earlier, all the poo-eaters are guys. And it's just because there's so much more pressure laid on men about male sexuality that just squeezes out in weird, perverse ways. It's kind of tragic. It's also tragic that straight guys have so little access to sex. And it's always their fault. This just happened with Savage Love, with FS and WILLIE. WILLIE was the guy whose wife wouldn't have sex with him, and FS was the woman whose husband wouldn't have sex with her. And all the letters that I got in response to my column treated them both in a very similar way. In WILLIE's situation, it was his fault, and here's why, and in FS' situation, it was her husband's fault, and here's why. And it just put complete responsibility for sex on the men in those relationships. And men do sort of bear all responsibility—whatever's going wrong is completely their fault, women are always the victims. I just think there's no respect for male sexuality in this empathy culture that's shaped by and defined by a female perspective on relationships and emotions. I believe that if you marry somebody and you're gonna make the commitment to be faithful, you should be faithful. If your wife doesn't have sex with you for five years, I think you should fuck somebody else. [Laughs.] And it's not your fault if you're cheating at that point. You get a pass. Women are told that being in love means you don't want to fuck anybody else, so I get all this mail from all these women who are freaked out 'cause their boyfriend or lover or husband looked at some Internet porn. "Oh, he's got me, why would he look at Internet porn?" 'Cause he may have you, but he wants more. The measure of a man's devotion isn't that he doesn't want to fuck other people. It's that he doesn't fuck other people."

So did I. Maybe because I am known to like a bit of Internet porn now and then. And dont fuck around when I am in a relationship, unless this is agreed from the start.

(sorry, couldn't be bothered to quote the whole article). dan savage has got some odd ideas, IMHO. from his viewpoint, he thinks it strange that a man having sexual relations with another man is thought to have gay tendencies, but that a woman with another woman is not. newsflash - double standards are alive and well all over. BTW, signs of gay tendencies, man or woman. doesn't mean they are gay or even necessarily bi, but i think it's fair to say that one might leap to that conclusion. and why not? if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck......

such double standards also apply to straight males criticising women, gay men, straight women criticising lesbians - oh for goodness' sake, get a life. many women are indeed victims of the glass ceiling, sexism etc, but many others want their cake and eat it - equality with men but retaining privileges enjoyed by women (another poster pointed this out but i can't remember where). on the other hand, i've seen a man berated by a woman for holding open a door for her (simply polite, that's all).i can't be bothered with it all. please just treat me decently and fairly, because i shall do the same for you.

Thank you for proving his point. In Thailand and India, male sexuality isn't as rigid as the West. Family obligation overrides personal expression. In other words, as long as you raise a family and are a responsible member of the community, people aren't constantly trying to figure out if you are secretly gay, have homosexual tendency. Personally, I prefer women, but I believe that human sexual preference (for both male and females) isn't an either/or condition.

such double standards also apply to straight males criticising women, gay men, straight women criticising lesbians - oh for goodness' sake, get a life.
I understand there are double standards. That is why I quoted someone who doesn't have any vested interest in straight male sexuality (aside from discouraging homophobia). My hope was that it would keep the thread civil. Since I've posted on teakdoor, I have never made a single, insulting generalization about western women. I'd appreciate if you would extend the same courtesy.

"Paradoxically, straight guys run the world, but sexually..." As you can see, the article is not focused on economic disparity. It is simply focused the sexual environment straight men face in the US.

personally, i'm in agreement with you. my point was not that double standards do not exist, but simply surprise that mr savage should think they don't. been there, done that (professionally, rather than sexually). doesn't make it right, but lots of things aren't right. don't bleat - do (not you, all of us).

such double standards also apply to straight males criticising women, gay men, straight women criticising lesbians - oh for goodness' sake, get a life.

my apologies. what i actually meant (and having read my post, i didn't express myself properly at all) was that those who see themselves as 'victims' of double standards should get a life and accept that different doesn't mean unequal, less or more - just different. again, sorry for my poor choice of phrasiology. however, there are vested interests here, otherwise savage's homosexuality would never have been mentioned in the first place. why can't we concentrate on our commonalities rather than our differences - and what does it matter what his, your or my preferences are? the more we focus on them, as with racism, sexism, and ageism, the less we focus on the real issues.

many women are indeed victims of the glass ceiling, sexism etc, but many others want their cake and eat it - equality with men but retaining privileges enjoyed by women (another poster pointed this out but i can't remember where). on the other hand, i've seen a man berated by a woman for holding open a door for her (simply polite, that's all).i can't be bothered with it all. please just treat me decently and fairly, because i shall do the same for you.

it uses the economic comparison to highlight the sexual disparity. if a wealthy person looks down on a poor person due to the economic disparity, he/she is a snob. if a poor person resents/despises a wealthy person for the same reason, he/she is a fool. imho this can be applied to the sexual argument. you are only a victim if you accept being one. otherwise, get on with it but understand that the world has its share of biased people - although there are plenty of sensible ones there too.

Every quote has to be enclosed by a start and a finish tag. so if you want to break up text in more quotes, use [ / quote ] for end quote (without any spaces, they are just added so you can actually see) and [ quote ] for start quote (again without spaces, obviously).

The [ / quote ] tag closes one quote, and the [ quote ] tag starts a new one.

I think you also forgot to mention the [ ? quote] [ = quote], [ $ quote ], [{(quote)}], and [~quote~] functions. Could you please explain these for the benefit of the thickoes on here? Ta.

(Oh yes, and just to keep the thread on topic, I think you should be nice to people, even western girls and pooves. Unless they turn out to be arseholes, and then they're fair game).
