Would Mexico allow 12 million Americans live across their country? Most with an illicit job, paying no tax and remitting billions every year back to the US? Would they give them driver's licenses and allow them (nay, assist them) in buying houses and getting loans?

I've busted my ass going through the process of bring a foreign wife into the US. Twice. The criminal illegal aliens need to fuck off home, submit their paperwork and follow the rules.

The agency has no right to deny a person by nationality, but they sure can beat you to death if the stats show his/her homeland has a poor track record for whatever they consider a risk in permissions. What I dislike most about Mexican emigration is that they never come with their sisters, and send most of their money home. Some are good workers tho, some are true poo. But they're Christians. They might lie and steal but at least a portion will know they've done something wrong. A drunk Mexican motorist killed my mom and pop, have stolen from me many a time, they beat me up in high school, but I still like them, don't know why exactly.
