    Jammy Bastard!

A student from Moldova has shot up the country's rich list after inheriting nearly a billion euros from a long-lost relative.

Sergey Sudev was left the 950 million euro fortune by an uncle he had not seen for 10 years.

But he must have made a good impression at their last meeting a decade ago, according to Russia Today.

It prompted the uncle, who lived in Germany, to write Sudev into his will straight away.

The student had no idea he stood to inherit a fortune and got on with his course in journalism.

Then one day there was a knock at his door in the town of Komrat - his uncle's agents had tracked him down to pass on the incredible news.

A shocked Sudev is reported to have said to them: "Is this a joke?"

The inheritance means he has become one of the richest men in Moldova, where the average monthly salary is around 270 euros.

Despite his new wealthy status, Sudev intends to complete his journalism studies.
But he's already spending much of his time fending off people asking for loans.

Lucky Bugger, but I bet it's like "flies round shit " over there...sort of like over here when someone wins the lotto, and again like the UK when people won the pools! What was that womans name that won a fortune in the late '60's..the one that the movie "Spend Spend Spend" was made about? She had every Tom Dick and Harry sending begging letters!
Where theres muck there's brass and where there's brass theres muck!

I'd fucking move if I was him, he'll end up skint if he stays over there with those leaches, probably could move to the UK, and get on benefits! Free house, education etc,

I think he is quite smart just getting on with his life for now and let the dust settle. Maybe he is even *gasp* happy where he is and enjoys his studies.

Or maybe he should do the Hollywood version and buy the car, go shopping on rodeo drive, hit the tables at Vegas and have a bucket full of coke and a room full of hookers?

By the time he had polished of the bucket of white stuff he would have made more than 2 million back in interest.

It never says he started his course straight after meeting his uncle, he may have still been in high school and then went to study journalism or even if he did he may be doing a doctorate or whatever that could take ten years to complete. You know nothing about him just that he is from some country other than your own so he must be stupid.

He hasnt even got the money yet and with this being quite a substantial amount I wouldnt bet against some other family members contesting it. Chicks and hatching comes to mind.

Easy on Skippy! How do you discern all that from a couple of lines?
I think you have an over active imagination and perhaps a grudge.
    Deal with it.

This guys lucky now that he's loaded -- but come on, 10 years working on a journalism degree? What's your degree in, Bung? Centigrade?
