Or Myspace or anything else that requires personal info. Don't forget that once you sign up you can't delete any of these accounts. There was an article about the CIA getting info from Facebook not so long ago, see if I can find it.

It's good for staying in touch with friends. Just use common sense - don't put anything up that you wouldn't want people knowing about you, and restrcit who can see your page.

Don't really understand the "I've never been on facebook and I never will" type comments.

Must admit that I never got into facebook much except for looking at photos from the good old days that friends had put up on there.

But apart from that, there's not much to do on there.

It had its good and bad points does Facebook. I regained contact with a couple of really good friends whom had been lost to me for years. MY only worry is that once someone has your name they could find an awful lot of data about you. Remember to opt out of any new feature that makes you feel uncompfortable e.g I opted out of a feature that would have given a link to my whole facebook site if someone googled my name.
