Perhaps your acquaintances are aware of how little you make, and prefer to spend time with men who have set their sights a little higher.

And I am only partly taking the mikey here, as many woman would consider a guy who doesn't hold a full time job as too lazy, to irresponsible and too unambitious to waste any time on in the long run.

But then again, I am sure there are a thousand other good reasons as well.......
