What 'famous' movies haven't you seen?

I am always reminded by friends that I havent lived because of the movies that I haven't watched.

When I mention that I havent seen.

    Star Wars (any of them)

    Star Trek (any of them)

    Harry Potter (any of them)

    Gone with the wind

    King Kong (either of them)

    I get laughed at.

    What are yours?

    I think I half-saw Star Wars 1 may be 2 - they didn't register if I did.

    Titanic and Pearl Harbour.

But I don't think I will lose any sleep if I continue to a ripe old age without seeing either of these.

Although I do wish that I could get back the part of my life that was spent watching Sweet Home Alabama. Not so famous, but a terrible pile of crap. Even the girl who rented it to watch said it was too awful a chick flick, even for her!

I've only seen one film in the last 7 months so I have a fair bit of catching up to do when I finally get video/DVD access.

Until recently the Rambo trilogy was a shocking omission from my viewing history. However i had the opportunity to watch Rambo First Blood part II a couple of weeks ago, whilst suffering from food poisoning in a hotel in Mumbai, and it cheered me up no end. I am now in the process of tracking down numbers 1 and 3.

Harry Potter can get to fuck.

I did see the last 10 minutes of the final Lord of the Rings in a bar once, so I sought of know what happens.

Apparently I look like Gollum - is this a good thing?

Star wars, the first one, is the only movie I have paid to see twice. Saw ti at the Drive-In. hadto go 'n get some acid for a second viewing. Never went to see any of the others. When they came out on video/cable I sorta watched 'em. went to the last(?) one though, forgot what it was about.

King Kong is now in it's third iteration, Caught some scenes in the Mall today. Kinda funny when the ape is fightin' the dinos with a chick in his hand.

Missed most of the "famous" movies. They end up on cable, or the kids bring videos home. If it's on, and I dont really pay attention does that count?

I paid good money to see every Harry Potter and fell asleep during each one. I'm not sure if I can say I saw them or not. Were they any good?

Joanna Lumley as Purdey was the height of The Avengers for me....After that I really couldn't watch it whoever was in it...Well maybe if Keith Harris and Orville took over the roles of Steed and Gambit.

I haven't seen Notting Hill and I hope I never will.

I saw half of Pearl Harbour on a bus in LOS. It got to the second VCD and the conductress(?) just turned it off. No one complained; they just put their blankets over themselves and went to sleep.....Even the driver.
