Cold pints of guinness at Gatwick Airport while waiting for my delayed flight to get confirmed years ago.

It was Xmas day, and I had nothing else to do.

I like cold apple juice as a kickstart in the morning .
Many years ago my kids were visiting for the weekend ( after the divorce) they were 8 & 10 years old .
My daughter ( bless her heart) said she would do breakfast in the morning .
Woke up and she was busy in the kitchen so I left her to it.
A triumphant entrance with a glass of apple juice and boiled eggs with toast.
Gagging for a cold drink I chugalugged the apple juice down in one .
Wrong!!!
It was neat whiskey!
Same colour and she had seen me drink it the night before so not her fault !!

with the best part of a third of a bottle inside before 9 in the morning I remember we had a rather disjointed day !!!

If you're using opiates at night beer in the morning is a great laxative.

If really hung over, then a shot doesn't do you any harm and the headache seems to pass quicker.

Don't know what to say, since I don't consume alcohol.

Went on a trip to Burirum with friends, arrived at 2 in the morning. Was woken up at 6 in the morning. Opened my eyes and first thing I saw was a large, already open, bottle of beer hovering a few inches from my face. "Breakfast time". Had a drink even before I got out of bed. The rest of the day continued in that vein.

I reckon there's not much else to do out in the sticks of Esarn. Drinking or fishing looked like the only two things available.

The problem with drinking in the morning, is what do you do about the rest of the day? The only thing you're fit for is to carry on drinking, which results in you getting absolutely smashed. As we will probably see with Chinthee later.

He died at 27. That's pretty young. He probably died of a heroin overdose, but we'll never be fure. Yes, too much booze can kill you.

Woke up at 8 and had four large Singha this morning to watch the Celtics finally triumph over the Lakers

Could have kept going but decided to stop after the game and catch up on sleep.

Feel great now - nothing wrong with it in IMO

If you drink in the morning you can get drunk a couple of times that day, go with it, as long as you have nothing else to do its a good way to spend your day

Seems to be typical, I experienced the beer for breakfast there too.

I think drugs are worse as it normaly takes me a few days to recover as drink only takes a day

Whew! That was a terrible experience. Never again, I hope.

Managed to earn a red or two on the board before I went to sleep in the afternoon. Ruined most of my week.
